We need to implement an automated welcome message for new users that join the server. The goal is to make new members feel greeted and provide them with important information upon joining.
Expected Behavior

When a new user joins the server, the bot should automatically send a welcome message in the designated #welcome channel.

The message should:
- Greet the new user by their username.
- Briefly explain the purpose of the server.
- Provide links or instructions for important channels (e.g., rules, introductions, roles).
Example Message
👋 Welcome to the server, {username}!
We’re glad you’re here. Please take a moment to read the rules in #rules and introduce yourself in #introductions. Have fun!
Additional Notes
- Consider allowing customization of the message text through configuration.
- Optional: Include a random welcome message from a list to make greetings more dynamic.
