Seamless switch between MonetDB/e and MonetDB

I'd love to have this feature, i.e. allow connection to MonetDB/e or MonetDB by simply changing the one line of the connection string.

MonetDB is in a unique position to be able to support both an embedded and server variant.  Without this feature, it would be such a waste of (low hanging) orange 😊
