Regression: Automatic Addition of color to RGBW converters does not work anymore

Commit 89f515e (chg: rebuild modle to remove redundancy Fixture know Universe and start index) by @CorsCodini broke this feature. This may have something to do with src/model/patching/fixture_channel.py
