[BUG]/EHSc build error #39
Description
1.clone the code
2.change ucxxrt.test from /EHa to /EHsc
3. build.
Then error occoured. like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Include\10.0.22621.0\ucrt\corecrt_wstring.h(257,9): error C1001: inner error.
Env:
VS2022 17.8.3 & WDK 10.0.22621.2428
