Hi Richard,

I am guessing you've tried to install from develop directly right?

The develop branch is temporarily broken here because we have already moved geoh5py@develop to numpy >=2.4. As you may have noticed, we are dropping support for Python <=3.11. Hence the PR #119 to also bump dependencies in this repo.

So two options for you, right now:

• Check out and install from GEOPY-2741, which will use Python >=3.12 (the develop) for all dependencies
• Check out and install from main, which will install the latest official release (same as deploy with GA 4.7.1)

Sorry for the confusion. You just caught us in between migration ...

Whatever the default is I think. Thanks for the clarification, will give that a shot shortly.
