Feedback for “Common Issues and Debugging Tips”

Hello. I am wondering if it is possible to de-activate the microphone icon in the chat window. I am embedding an iFrame into a website (membership.io), and there seems to be an issue where the microphone can't be activated. From my point of view, it's okay if the microphone isn't active, but it is still shown on the chat box, which I think will be frustrating to some of my users.
