Not charging with Tesla Coil from Create Crafts and Additions

1.20.1, Forge, Scannable 1.7.12

pretty sure i set it up properly. the scanner just doesn't accept energy from the coil. an issue for this was made already but ignored because it was on an older mc version. this is still a problem on 1.20.1, though.
