BlockedSite icon not available on all platforms?

We got the following issue on the WinUI 3 Gallery where it seems that the blocked icon is not available on all platforms: https://github.com/microsoft/WinUI-Gallery/issues/2060
Is it correct that the blocked site icon is only available on certain versions and does that need to be pointed out?
