After creating a new lead, when attempting to edit and save changes to that lead, the update process fails. Upon clicking the Save button, the application shows a "Failed to update" error message, and the changes are not saved.
Steps :
1.Create a new lead in the application and save it successfully.
2.Navigate to the lead you just created.
3.Edit any field or detail in the lead.
4.Click the Save button to update the lead.
5.Notice that the application shows an error message "Failed to update" and the changes are not applied.
