Any issues related to categories & tags should be fixed with the latest CI build. The latest version of qBitControl allows to create, delete, set and remove both categories & tags on the torrent add screen as well as in the torrent details. Multiple tags can be selected as well.

Are you using an app that modifies how iOS looks? The switches on your screenshot are not standard iOS switches. I tested my app on iOS 18.3 on iPhone 12 and it seems to work okay.
