[Feature] add "Stop" option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is one was in my mind for long since I started using the qBitControl where the Stop option to stop the active torrent download isn't available. Since the pause is also not working as mentioned in my previous issue, I would hope see this be in next or future versions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a stop option in context menu and in the management under details page.
