User Story

Essential components

  • Meaningful title
  • Stakeholder type is identified
  • Outcome is described
  • Rationale is explicit
  • Acceptance criteria are verifiable and from the perspective of the stakeholder

Story

As a maintainer
I want access to specified development conventions for the project
so that I can better interpret existing project artifacts and contribute to a maintainable product.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Development conventions are documented within the project's repository
  • Conventions address coding style
  • Conventions address development practices
  • Conventions address development, assessment, and deployment tools
