Introducing Snaps Improvement Proposals (SIPs)

We have launched Snaps Improvement Proposals, for the purpose of shaping the end user APIs of Snaps before release with open discussion and involvement from the community. I invite everyone to read them and get involved. The are two SIPs currently posted:

1. SIP-1 concerns the process for SIPs
2. SIP-2 concerns a proposal for how key management snaps can be exposed to the MetaMask UI

If you are working on a key management snap or planning to work on one, please consider getting involved in SIP-2!
