[Bug]: Contacts not loading on fresh install when logged in with Apple account; appear after opening side panel #40936

Description

Describe the bug

When performing a fresh install of the application and logging in using an Apple account, some contacts do not load in the main view. However, the contacts load correctly after the user opens the side panel view. This indicates that the contacts are available but are not initially rendered or fetched in the primary screen until the side panel interaction triggers a refresh.

Expected behavior

All contacts should load and display correctly immediately after login on a fresh install.

Screenshots/Recordings

Video attachment is side by side view of the contact with chrome and production version in firefox browser.
