[Bug]: Pay with field in transaction details in send flow

Describe the bug

During a send transaction, there is a new field in the transaction confirmation details Pay with

Using nightly main chrome build from here

Expected behavior

No Pay with field

Steps to reproduce

1. Start send flow for any EVM token
2. Add recipient and amount
3. Click Continue
4. Notice Pay with field

@bschorchit I have seen this option in the latest RC 13.23.0 Is this expected behavior
