Remove variables from `rose-suite.conf` and use details from `model_runs.yml` instead

Currently CMEW model runs are controlled by the these variables, which are set in rose-suite.conf:

Since PR #358, there has existed a new way for the user to input this data, which removes the references to REF_ [and implicitly EVAL_].

The following fields should be removed from rose-suite.conf and the information taken from the yaml file (output to share/dataset_lists/model_runs.yml) instead:
REF_MODEL_ID
REF_SUITE_ID
REF_CALENDAR
REF_VARIANT_LABEL
MODEL_ID
SUITE_ID
CALENDAR
VARIANT_LABEL

If EXPERIMENT_ID has already been merged by this point, then this and its REF_ counterpart should also be included in the above list.

The behaviour of CMEW should not change.
