Add the (amended) `suite_id` into the `sub_experiment_id` field

As a follow on to issue #313, it was decided that, for now, the suite_id (e.g. "u-cw673") could be placed into the sub_experiment_id field for standardising of data through CDDS, as long as the hyphen is removed. All other characters should remain as they are, e.g.:

This addition of the sub_experiment_id will also need feeding through to the ESMValTool recipe, so that the standardised dataset is found.

Note that this will only work for CMIP5/6 data. A new solution will be needed for CMIP7: #387

Acceptance criteria:

• Given SUITE_ID for each model development run in CMEW config,
• When configure_standardise runs
• Then sub_experiment_id is set to SUITE_ID with - separator characters removed
