[BUG] Soundfont problems #14

there are some soundfonts that PSP doesn't agree with and either wont read them, or will have bugged out samples

https://musical-artifacts.com/artifacts/1625 (Nokia 3310 soundfont, most instruments get stuck at incorrect pitch)
https://musical-artifacts.com/artifacts/9 (GXSCC soundfont, waveforms aren't looped and dont want to play at all)

Updating the whole Soundfont reader bit would probably solve all issues here
