Enhancement Request: Config option to not require ladders for digging to bedrock

It would be great if you could add an option in the config to be able to disable the ladder requirement for digging down to bedrock. Given the extreme configurability of most of your mods, I was amazed when I looked and didn't see one. :)

Rationale: Past a certain stage in the game - i.e. once you have flight of some sort - ladders are pointless, but there are many scenarios where digging to bedrock continues to be useful: setting up ET miners, mining AS rock crystals, etc. I don't really want to craft / carry a stack or more of ladders just to get the MeeCreeps to dig.

As it stands now, this is really only useful when you dig your initial mineshaft ... and you really can't make the Creep Cube until after you've done that anyway (diamonds / gold). A config option to disable the ladder requirement would really make this a lot more useful IMO.
