[BUG] Dead channels need to be in order, otherwise snipping error #345

Describe the bug
Pipeline throws a bug if the dead channels are not in chronological order. Returns an indexing error when trying to create snippets.

Running environment

  • Data in datastore: [e.g. Alyssa/Optetrode_recordings2022/1492/1492_2022-11-14_11-53-42_of1]
  • Branch: master

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
e.g.

  1. Run pipeline in specified data folder
  2. Error occurs when trying to snip data. Does not create figures after sync_test and lfp

Expected behavior
Normal sorting and snipping
