check if path in parameters corresponds to recording folder name

I'm adding this so we don't forget:

It would be good to add an assertion that checks if the path in the parameters.txt has the same file name as the name of the recording folder. If this is not the case (because the wrong path was added to parameters.txt) then the results are copied to the wrong folder on the server.
