Update README screenshots to reflect Material Design3 usage #3991

Background
The README currently dose not include screenshots that reflect the actual usage of Material Design 3.
Problem
- Users cannot visually confirm how Material Design 3 looks in this project.
- Unused Material Design 2 screenshots remain in the README.
Proposal
- Add screenshots that showcase Material Design 3.
- Remove unused Material Design 2 screenshots to keep the documentation consistent and up to date.
