Portals sometimes make a nether portal

I really like this plugin but have a serious issue with it spawning a portal in the nether or if i make a CreativeGates in the nether it spawns a nether portal in the over world even when it has a CreativeGates portal linked to it. Also sometimes when you enter one gate it take you to another gate that can somtimes be the wrong one.

Please fix this issue soon, I see other people having this problem as well on your bukkit page. I really like this plugin and would like to see future versions, but please fix this serious bug.
