When I try to create a portal using CreativeGates, the portal keeps thinking it doesn't have the blocks it needs to be made when it actually does. I have the configuration set to where it needs ten quartz blocks to be made. However, when I create a portal using ten quartz blocks, it says it required ten quartz blocks in the frame. This issue occurs with every block I set it to with any amount. This issue started when I updated my server to version 1.13.1.

This is a known 1.13+ bug, When 1.13 was released they changed the way minecraft handles items and ItemIDs, and as such this plugin only works if the gates are created in a 1.12.2 server and then migrated to a 1.13+ installation. It's the only workaround I've been able to come up with for the time being, until the devs fix the plugin or someone finds a better fix/solution.
