Where did the app go? Or at least the apk file?

The app was removed by google on play store.

Update your target API level by August 31, 2023 to ensure that your app is available to new users

So, this repository needs an update for target API level.

Until I update the app, I can suggest finding the apk on other stores like aptoide YAP! - Yet Another PGP Tool

I will leave this issue open until I update the app and submit a review to google play.
