Need to output enough information to recreate geometries

If I filter on golf=fairway, I get back the way for the fairway with the way id and the node ids that make up the way. However, the node objects aren't also output for each node, so I can't actually load the geometry of the way into a database for instance. There needs to be a way to spit out the way and all of the nodes that make up the way. Same goes for a relation. It needs to output all of the component way, and then all of those nodes.

Yep, this is a critical issue with my current filtering system. I'll get this fixed ASAP
