new example of 3d interactive visualization of insolation

Hi! At the EGU we spoke and I showed my interactive insolation explorer. Since then I've improved it and added the stars like you suggested. However, now I thought my code was slowly growing too big to be used for BeautifulMakie, so I've now uploaded it to InsolationExplorer.jl.

Here's a static snapshot of what it looks like now:

I'm willing to simplify it and break it down so it could be featured here as well, but please advise! :)

(Might need to resolve MakieOrg/Makie.jl#5007 first).
