The documentation is targeted to a Researcher and is located at the study manger repositories / docs folder als md file.

Configuration

The documentation for the Lime Survey study has been described to the extent that the steps up to the configuration in the Study Manager frontend are clearly defined. Lime Survey configuration and the export of the link list + code for the Participant Portal have been added to the Study Manager frontend accordingly. If not already available, a link to the Lime Survey documentation has been inserted.

Participant Workflow

The Participant Portal workflow for the user has been described to the extent that a patient/participant with no prior knowledge of the system can complete and answer the study and the Lime Survey(s) using only the link list + code. A reference to the Lime Survey documentation and the Study Manager documentation may be beneficial.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• The Study Manager frontend repository documentation has been extended with the configuration for Lime Survey studies
• The Participant Portal has its own documentation describing the entire workflow. A reference to the Study Manager frontend documentation (in the configuration section) is included
• At least one person has gone through the workflow once with the help of the documentation (preferably someone doing it for the first time)
