Update the lower MAP score threshold for `notebooks/cranfield.ipynb`

Since #8, notebooks/cranfield.ipynb achieves MAP score 23.24% that passes the lower threshold (22%). We should update the lower threshold using the lower quartile of the systems submitted in spring 2023 .
