Is docs/howto_KeilMDK.md incomplete?

I'm trying to run hello_world_application in keil uvision 5 on an STM32F4 microchip. However directly copying the tensorflow-test/HelloWorld/hello_world/hello_world_test.cpp file and running it doesn't work, even though I'm sure that I downloaded the pack correctly and did all the steps in howto_KeilMDK.md doc perfectly. Maybe I didn't transport all necessary source files to the directory? I have trouble running it on my setup. So I was wondering if anything is missing in docs/howto_KeilMDK.md?
