Open the "build" popup using `enter`

We can find the job relatively quickly by typing the name, however then we have to use the mouse to initiate a build and fill the parameters required.

My suggestion is simple - when a job is highlighted in the tree, and the view is focused, then if the user clicks enter it would open the "Build on Jenkins" popup.
