Bouncy text effect on minegrub menu! (seeking contributors)

I'm making an attempt to implement a bouncing text effect for Minegrub, similar to minecraft main menu. It will be written in Rust(because I like pain) and there are ideas in place to implement compressed video or gif/webp for a moving background as well.
