Something happened when I try to make configuration about enviornment

Thank you for your impressive work.
I am trying to follow your path to config my own enviornment in both windows and ubuntu. But all stuck halfway.
On window, when i run code >>python setup.py develop there will be a warning like this:

And in Ubuntu, the cuda enviornment never works.

I want to ask about your enviornment :
the version of:
ubuntu
cuda
python

and everything that you can provide.
