fix concurrency running issue for multi-config tests

In the end-to-end test runner, running multiple configurations of the same test file concurrently can lead to data races. This occurs because one test might overwrite or delete files that are required by another configuration. As a temporary solution, I have disabled support for multi-config tests. However, this limitation should be addressed in the future.
