Deprecation of dukascopy-cli package

dukascopy-cli package (https://www.npmjs.com/package/dukascopy-cli) is no longer distributed as a standalone package.

Starting from 1.13.x all the CLI functionality is now by default integrated and shipped via dukascopy-node package - https://www.npmjs.com/package/dukascopy-node.

The underlying APIs have not changed. So, in order to continue using the CLI tool, simply update dukascopy-node to the latest version and remove dukascopy-cli package.
