I think this license could cause trouble due to missing quality control provisions. The Ninth Circuit held that a license that does not include a right to oversee the quality of goods or services could result in loss of trademark protection. The court found that permission that merely said "don't use the logo commercially" and "keep it legal" was not sufficient quality control.
