"Legal Hackers" (the "Mark") is a trademark registered by Legal Hackers LLC (the "Company") on behalf of a community of law and technology innovators (the "Community"). The Company is committed to supporting the Community and wishes to contribute the Mark to the Community for its non-commercial use. The Company further wishes to memorialize its commitment, and that of its managers and directors, not to commercially exploit the Mark for its own benefit.
The Company hereby grants to anyone in the world a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual right and license to use the Mark for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
The Company, in exchange for the Community's assent to the Company's registration of the Mark on the Community's behalf, hereby agrees not to commercially exploit the Community, the Mark or any users of the Mark for its own benefit.
