Create Comprehensive Examples

Already In Codebase

• Example projects exist:
  • examples/DynamoMapper.SimpleExample
  • examples/DynamoMapper.FieldLevelOverride

Goal

Add more comprehensive example projects covering the key supported scenarios (and, where useful, planned scenarios once implemented).

Proposed examples

• Basic mapping (current core types)
• Field-level overrides (expand existing)
• Hooks example (after hooks are implemented)
• Converters example (after converter interface + generator support are implemented)
• Single-table patterns (pk/sk composition, discriminator, TTL)

Acceptance criteria

• Example projects build.
• Each example has a short, runnable entry point.
• README/docs point users to examples appropriately.
