Writing agent bug

Trying to mod beat saber again but when I use the website and connect my headset, the writing agent takes too long to download and times out. Using Google, I have also tried this with Microsoft edge and I have the same issue. DEBUG> Device android version: 12

Anyone have any idea why trying to use MBF just times out? I get this error with this incredibly unhelpful debug log.

Tried on both chrome and edge, same exact thing. Afaik all the settings and stuff are correct since I get that far, but I can't figure out why it's failing right there. Rebooted both PC and Quest, tried swapping ports on my PC, and tried multiple cables that I know are data cables in case one of them was broken. Can't think of anything else that could be the problem. Pretty much the only thing I can think of that I haven't tried is reinstalling beatsaber entirely.

The above reply that Lookingforscripts1 posted was my issue, and I at least figured out how to get MBF working, though I never found out what the problem actually was. Reinstalling beat saber did nothing, but I managed to scrounge up a USB-C to USB-C cable and try to load it from my phone, and it worked without any issues.

It's possible that the cable is the issue, but I find that unlikely since, as said above, I tried several different ones and it didn't make a difference. That being said, I didn't have the right port or adaptor to test the USB-C to USB-C with my PC. The OS is Windows 11, and was up to date as of only a few days ago. I hope that helps narrow the issue down a little.
