add tests for more languages

At the moment we have a lot of tests for dutch and some small tests for English, French, German and Spanish.
We lack tests for Portuguese, Swedish, Frysk, Italian, Russian, Turkish, but we DO provide rules in uctodata. I wonder if these are very well tested....

Adding more test is very useful, for both testing and demonstration.
