Where is the fishing data used for reference?

I'm trying to find fishing data about the moon's and hour's influence when catching fish. Does anyone know where to find this? The best lead I got was a reference to jp website from this thread [ https://www.bluegartr.com/threads/131222-FFXI-Fishing-Math ]

Specifically for moonphase influence, this seems like a good start

You can then work backwards from column names like "moon_pattern" and try to see how the data gets used by the code and figure out how it is currently implemented.
