So long as we mark those recipes, I'm on board. We're going to need a long term solution for auditing and collecting data to ensure accuracy though (and err on the side of realistic). |

not revert* exactly, but I'd be down with putting back the estimated levels on crafts we have "255" on as long as they are marked to indicate YES WE KNOW and IF YOU GOT DATA THEN PULL REQUEST INSTEAD OF JUST COMPLAINING coz otherwise Teo gonna capsyell as ppl throw upstream under the bus repeatedly when talking to their players. 😝 * column order changed and I do not wanna change it back. |

Last year, a massive change was made to the existing synthesis recipe database table in an attempt to verify every existing recipe we had in order to appease some parties. This was done through automated methods and, as a result, ensnared quite a large number of legitimate recipes that people would now have to verify tediously and then PR back in to enable.
What are people's thoughts on reverting this change and asking people to create an Issue if they feel a recipe is suspect? It could be discussed, debated, researched, etc. Once a consensus is reached, a change could be or not be made.
I don't personally believe that the current situation would result in the majority of legitimate recipes ever being reinstated.
