Add support for more audio file formats

Enhancement Summary

When using sample packs, I noticed that MP3 format is not supported. To ensure a good user experience, please add support for more audio formats (including MP3).

Implementation Details / Mockup

Use the FFMPEG library for decoding, or add the relevant dependencies. If it's only unsupported at the UI layer, please enable support.

MP3 import is supported on LMMS nightly, msvc, as far as I am aware. Can you check if it works for you?

I use Archlinux and the stable version of LMMS from the Pacman repository.

Please install the nightly from https://lmms.io.
Refer to the newest nightly each time you file a bug or request in the future for up-to-date behaviour.

To ensure a good user experience, please add support for more audio formats (including MP3).

Well MP3 is not recommended for anything but export, and also barely for that. MP3 is a lossy file-type, so using MP3 as stems, vocals or one-shots will result in a inferior sound.
Ofcause there are problems, if the soundfile only is available as MP3, but in general MP3 is not meant for project-sound, so if you have options to download to Wave, you should choose Wave. The file is much larger, but it has superior quality.
