Feature freeze and focus on bug fixing so we can finally have a release

This software suffers from what I've thought is impossible in open-source: Development hell. It would be very beneficial if feature development would be frozen and all of the energy would go towards bugfixing and making a new release, because for many people this software is basically dead as they don't look at the github page.

I agree, bugfixing and refactoring should definitely be our priorities. Having to refactor code each time we need a feature just slows things down.
