mattermost link is out of order #3
Description
A link was given to invite people to mattermost, first of all, this should not be done as anybody could sign up using it and have access to town square and off-topic.
Secondly it goes out of order anyway and we need to generate a new one for each person, so we must change the instruction to ask for a new link everytime
