Adjustment of Dashboard

• based on iPhone Screen for Apps to adjust and rearrange like a "pinbar" (+ | - | x )
• if space is over, fill it after "saving"
• switch bt. UI with function vs. UI only widget (IMPORTANT: only inspiration!)

- let the user decide what he wants on the dashboard
