Is there actually an active IRC channel anywhere?

I could use some help with radicale, the documentation says: Join our IRC room: "##kozea on Freenode."

Most of the channels on freenode moved to Libera, so my first though was that the documentation was just outdated, but ##kozea on libera is empty, and on (in case the documentation is not outdated) freenode there is one person (and right now I've directed a webclient there, because it was an easy way to see if anything was happening there than to reconfigure my main client).

If you're on a different IRC channel, please mention it it the documentation. If you've just given up maintaining an IRC channel, remove that mention from the documentation.
