Make SampleNotebooksTests not ignored and update Notebooks examples

Currently, the SampleNotebooksTests have all tests as disabled because of deprecated code and dependencies there

Need to revisit all these examples, remove @Ignore annotations and make them actual and fresh.

1. Need to enable these tests again
2. Need to make them as separate suite on TC with name "Notebook Examples"
3. And it become the responsibility of the PR's creator to fix them
4. Need to be sure that it could be fixed after merging the PR (the process is unclear, or once before the release)
