Kotlin 1.8.20 issues

Upgrade to Kotlin 1.8.20, and got the build error like this.

For KSP there needs to be an exact Kotlin version match. We will update to 1.8.20 soon #336, KSP is also not yet released for 1.8.20 (https://github.com/google/ksp/releases), until then I suggest remaining at 1.8.10.
