add 'ZY-ZTH01-z' to model names in zigbeetlc.ts

I've recently flashed a thermohygrometer ZigBee device with ZigbeeTLc firmware (as an experiment) and afterwards the device came up as unrecognized in Z2M.
The device model was reported as ZY-ZTH01-z.
src/devices/zigbeetlc.ts has similarly looking model names but not that one.
